In order to make your visit to the Wasen as pleasant as possible,

to clear up ambiguities.
PUNCTUALITY
Just like outside the marquee, punctual pays off!
Tables which after 30 minutes
the start of the reservation are not occupied, may be taken by other guests. Should you not be able to get into the tent on time for unforeseen reasons,
we ask you to let us know by email or phone
CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
Cancellation of a complete reservation or individual tables is possible 14 days after reservation. Please fill out our cancellation form or send us an email to reservierung@sonjamerzzelt.de.
If the tokens have already been sent by post, are
to bear the shipping costs by the customer. The amount already paid can only be reimbursed after we have received the tokens back.
SALE OF INDIVIDUAL INLET RIBBONS
For safety reasons it is not possible
to purchase wristbands for individual guests in advance.
On busy days, additional guests will be admitted via the box office from around 6 p.m. for a minimum consumption of € 20 per person. However, no entry wristbands will be issued, so re-entry is not possible after leaving the tent. There is no seat entitlement on these days as the seats are already booked out in advance.
LEAVE THE TABLE
If you leave the table during the reservation period, the table cannot be kept free. Re-entry into the marquee is possible with a valid admission ribbon.
If you leave the tent about 30 minutes before a change of reservation, re-entry cannot be guaranteed and is at the discretion of the security staff.
BAGGAGE
It is not allowed to take large pieces of luggage into the tent. The maximum permitted capacity of a bag is 3l and corresponds to a laptop bag. It is forbidden to bring beverages, glass objects, weapons, drugs within the meaning of the Narcotics Act or other dangerous objects into the marquee. We are entitled to exercise our domiciliary rights

There is no cloakroom in the marquee.
VESPERBOARD
When making reservations in the box and in the barn, a snack board is often included in the reservation. The Vesper board token cannot be canceled or redeemed for other dishes. The Vesper board is served table by table and is already on the table when you arrive. Both sausage and cheese specialties, which are served with farmhouse bread, are on the snack board. EXPIRATION OF TAGS
Tokens in the central aisle are valid for the entire Wasenzeit and lose their validity at the end of the festival. Tokens of the barn and the box are only valid on the day of the reservation and expire at the end of the reservation. The value shown in the tokens is understood as a minimum purchase, which is why the corresponding value can only be redeemed in full. Any remaining sums cannot be paid out in cash. Offsetting for the following year is also possible

MINIMUM CONSUMPTION
A reservation in the Sonja Merz tent is tied to a minimum consumption, which is issued in tokens. Tokens are not tied to the consumption of chicken or beer, but can be redeemed for any food or drink.
You receive 1 to 1 the minimum consumption paid in tokens.
PAYMENT
Before leaving the tent, the bill must be paid to the waiter. Consumption on account with a later transfer is not possible. The bill can be paid with tokens, cash, EC card or credit card. An ATM is available in the tent to withdraw cash.
ACCESS TO THE SCHATZIBAR
Our SchatziBar is very popular. Therefore, on days with a large number of visitors, access can only be guaranteed to guests with an admission band and thus with a pre-reserved standing room.
For security reasons, access to the SchatziBar will be closed when there are high numbers of visitors.
SHIPPING OF THE TOOLS
The tokens and wristbands can only be sent in advance. A pick-up is not possible. We try to process all orders as quickly as possible. If no package has arrived 14 days after receipt of payment, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. We charge a one-time processing fee of € 15. For insured shipping with DHL, € 17 is charged within Germany. In addition to Germany, international shipping is charged at 19 €.
INVOICING
A hospitality receipt with VAT will be issued directly by the waiter. Subsequent invoicing

We reserve tables for both
5 as well as 10 people. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve for a different number of guests.
In the barns, we also offer the option of making reservations for 12 guests. This applies to the front rows of tables.
In the Sonja Merz Loge we have large tables for 15 people, so that 15 guests can sit together at one table.
RESERVATION TIMES
There are two reservation shifts a day.
These are as follows:
Lunchtime:
12 noon - 4.30 p.m.
(Monday - Friday) /
10.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
(Saturdays and Sundays)
In the evening:
5.15pm - 11.00pm
(Sunday - Thursday) /
5.15pm - 11.30pm
(Friday and Saturday)
ADMISSION FROM 18 YEARS OLD
Admission to the marquee is possible from the age of 18. Please have a valid identification document ready for inspection at the entrance. For guests under the age of 18, admission is possible with a mother's note or an accompanying person over the age of 18. However, there is no guarantee of admission.
